RIVERSIDE RESIDENCE, DANDONG
Set along the riverfront in Dandong, this 500 m² private residence brings together natural materials, bespoke craftsmanship and a calm, contemporary approach to living.
Designed by Qi Qi of QI’S Design Studio, the interior is defined by a warm material palette in which natural oak and custom lacquer finishes establish a continuous architectural language throughout the home. TREGAZZE’s bespoke woodwork is integrated across the residence, connecting spaces through cabinetry, wall treatments and precisely detailed built-in elements.
Rather than acting as a decorative layer, the millwork becomes part of the architecture itself. Its restrained detailing and natural textures create a quiet backdrop for everyday life, while allowing the expansive river views to remain central to the experience of the interior.
The result is a residence shaped by material continuity, considered proportions and bespoke craftsmanship, an understated expression of contemporary riverside living.
