CAPABILITIES

The most costly issues on a joinery package are those identified after fabrication has begun.

TREGAZZE engages at the drawing stage, frequently before materials are finalised. Our input at this point covers technical review of sections and details, assessment of tolerances, and evaluation of how a specified material will perform in the proposed application. A veneer that reads well on a sample board may behave differently across a three-metre continuous run, and this is the stage at which that is established.

The purpose of the review is to identify how each detail can be manufactured and installed while preserving the original design intent.

Across China, our network of more than 100 independent showrooms provides a local point of contact for consultation, material selection and project coordination. For international projects, the same process is managed remotely, with drawings, technical documentation, material recommendations and feasibility assessments coordinated digitally. Physical samples can be provided when finishes or materials need to be evaluated beyond the screen.

Early technical resolution helps streamline the manufacturing process, supporting greater accuracy and more efficient project delivery.

CONSULTATION SCOPE
  • Design and Drawing Review
  • Manufacturing Feasibility Assessment
  • Material and Finish Recommendation
  • Tolerance and Detail Resolution
  • Remote Coordination for International Projects
  • Physical Sample Issue

Exceptional design comes to life through thoughtful engineering.

We work from whatever documentation exists, whether a complete technical set or an initial design sketch supported by material references. The engineering scope covers construction method and material build-up, together with the behaviour of timber components once installed in a heated and conditioned interior.

Veneer layout is planned across the full elevation rather than component by component, so that grain runs continuously through doors, panels and the returns between them. Curved forms, oversized panels, integrated lighting and bespoke finishes are engineered individually for each commission. No standard detail library is applied.

Complete technical drawings and manufacturing documentation are issued for review and approval before any component is cut. That documentation is the reference point between design intent and factory execution, and it is the stage at which revision remains inexpensive.

Our role is not authorship. It is to ensure that what is installed corresponds to what was specified.

58 material categories. 153 curated finishes and colours.

Our material library brings together 58 material categories and 153 curated finishes and colours, continuously developed by our R&D team to respond to evolving design and specification requirements.

The veneer collection includes natural, engineered, dyed and smoked options sourced from Europe and North America and selected according to our “10 Choose 3” Principle. A broad range of substrates—including multi-layer solid wood board, our proprietary Super OSB (S.OSB) and marine plywood—supports different technical and architectural applications.

Surface finishes range from matte, high-gloss, open-pore and closed-pore lacquers to metallic surfaces, glass, leather and fabric. Hardware systems from Blum and Salice can be complemented by integrated lighting, sensor-operated mechanisms and other technologies, allowing functional elements to be incorporated seamlessly into the interior.

Colours, veneers and finishes can be developed specifically for each project and matched to a designer’s reference sample. This allows the material palette to remain consistent across cabinetry, wall paneling, doors and other architectural elements, creating a coherent language throughout the interior.

Exceptional interiors are the result of expertise, precision and a carefully managed manufacturing process.

Across two production facilities covering more than 110,000 m², TREGAZZE combines advanced manufacturing technologies with skilled craftsmanship to deliver bespoke architectural millwork for residential, hospitality and commercial projects.

Every stage of production is managed within an integrated workflow, from CNC machining and precision woodworking to finishing and final assembly. Engineering, material selection and fabrication are coordinated as a single process, allowing complex architectural details to be executed consistently across every component.

Before leaving the factory, every project is fully pre-assembled to verify dimensions, junctions and installation sequences. This additional stage streamlines installation on site and ensures that each element integrates naturally within the overall architectural design.

Our production facilities incorporate advanced CNC equipment, dedicated water-based finishing lines and rigorous quality procedures, combining technical accuracy with the flexibility required for bespoke projects.

For us, manufacturing is more than production. It is where architecture, engineering and craftsmanship come together to create interiors that faithfully reflect the original design intent.

TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
  • High-Precision CNC Manufacturing
  • Dust-Free Water-Based Finishing Lines
  • Full Project Pre-Assembly Before Shipment
  • Multi-Stage Quality Control

Consistency is the foundation of exceptional craftsmanship.

With us, quality is embedded throughout the entire manufacturing process, ensuring every project reflects the same level of care, precision and craftsmanship from the initial material selection through to final installation.

Each stage of production follows a structured quality assurance process, where materials, craftsmanship, finishes and assembly are carefully reviewed to ensure consistency across every component. This integrated approach allows architects and interior designers to move forward with confidence, knowing that the finished interior will faithfully reflect the original design vision.

Before shipment, every project is fully pre-assembled to confirm dimensions, connections and installation details. This preparation ensures a seamless installation experience, allowing every element to come together exactly as intended.

Complete production traceability is maintained throughout the manufacturing process, from veneer selection and finishing records to final project approval. This level of transparency provides clients with confidence at every stage and reinforces our commitment to long-term quality.

For us, quality is not a final checkpoint, it is a continuous commitment that shapes every decision, every detail and every interior we create.

Thoughtfully Planned. Expertly Delivered.

Every exceptional interior is the result of careful planning, seamless coordination and expert execution.

For us, delivery and installation are considered from the earliest stages of every project. Design, engineering, manufacturing and logistics are developed as one integrated workflow, ensuring every element arrives ready for precise and efficient installation.

Projects are supported through our installation network. For international clients, we provide comprehensive installation drawings, detailed assembly documentation and dedicated technical guidance. Depending on the scope of the project, remote assistance or on-site supervision can be arranged to support local installation teams.

Our installation methodology reflects the same level of care that defines every stage of production. Adjustable cabinet bases accommodate site conditions, concealed fixing systems create clean architectural lines, and carefully engineered connections contribute to a refined finish throughout the interior.

Factory pre-assembly and accurate site measurements support a smooth installation process, allowing every component to integrate naturally within the overall architectural vision.

Installation is the final expression of the design process, bringing architecture, engineering and craftsmanship together as one coherent interior.
